Acquisition	Acquisition 2021 acquisition of Hawker Equipment Solutions On December 20, 2021, we acquired certain assets of Hawker Equipment Solutions, LLC (“Hawker”) for total cash consideration of $5.1 million, of which, $3.4 million was paid in the fourth quarter of 2021 and $1.0 million paid in 2022, with the balance expected to be paid over the next four years. Hawker is a manufacturer of hydraulic pickup and laydown units. This acquisition is included in the Drilling product line within the Drilling & Downhole segment. The fair values of the assets acquired and liabilities assumed, as well as the pro-forma results of operations for this acquisition, have not been presented because they are not material to the consolidated financial statements.
