Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 15 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS There were no loans or outstanding loan commitments to any principal officers or directors, or any of their affiliates at December 31, 2024 and 2023. Deposits from principal officers, directors, and their affiliates at December 31, 2024 and 2023 were $32.5 million and $25.7 million. Certain directors and their affiliates own $6.0 million of RBB subordinated debentures as of December 31, 2024 and 2023.
