Lehto Group Plc Stock exchange release 6 March 2024 at 9.30 a.m. (Finnish time) As disclosed on 8 February 2024, Lehto Group Plc's subsidiaries Lehto Asunnot Oy, Lehto Tilat Oy and Lehto Korjausrakentaminen have been declared bankrupt, and accordingly, it is concluded that the equity of Lehto Group Plc, the parent company of the Group, has turned negative. The Board of Directors of the company has concluded the loss of the equity and is filing the corresponding notice to the Trade Register. Additionally, the Board of Directors shall draw up financial statements and management report as well as convene a general meeting to consider the matter by the end of May 2024.
