Related Party	17. Related Party As more fully described in Note 4, on October 18, 2015, the Company entered into the Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Ms. Winfrey, under which she will consult with the Company and participate in developing, planning, executing and enhancing the Weight Watchers program and related initiatives, and provide it with services in her discretion to promote the Company and its programs, products and services. In addition to the Strategic Collaboration Agreement, Ms. Winfrey and her related entities provided services to the Company totaling $1,144 during the first quarter of fiscal 2016, which services included advertising, production and related fees. The Company’s accounts payable to parties related to Ms. Winfrey at April 2, 2016 and January 2, 2016 was $1,296 and $574, respectively.
