Goodwill and Intangible Assets	Goodwill and Intangible Assets In accordance with FASB ASC Topic 350 Intangibles – Goodwill, the Company performed an annual impairment test in accordance with this guidance as of December 31, 2011. This analysis did not indicate any impairment of goodwill. There are no circumstances that indicate that Goodwill might be impaired at September 30, 2012.
