SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated all events or transactions that occurred through the date of this filing. During this period, other than the Facility which was agreed to with Santander Bank, N.A. on July 3, 2023 (see Note 5. Line of Credit and Other Borrowings), no events came to the Company’s attention that would impact the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2023.
