SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	14. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated all events or transactions that occurred through the date of this filing. During this period, one event came to the Company’s attention that would impact the Consolidated Financial Statements as of and for the period ended December 31, 2023. With a lease commencement date of January 1, 2024, the Company leased a facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania providing approximately 28,000 square feet of warehousing and storage, quality control, distribution, and corporate office space.
