Related Party Transactions During the three months ended June 30, 2013, the Company incurred $304,000 of expense, payable to Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Capital, Inc. in connection with the restructuring of FAPL. Scott J. Adelson, a member of our Board of Directors, is a Co-President and Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance for Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Capital, Inc.
