Share Repurchase Program	23. Share Repurchase Program The Company’s board of directors have approved a stock repurchase program of up to $37,000,000 of its common stock.  As of March 31, 2019, $15,692,000 had been utilized and $21,308,000 remained available to repurchase shares under the authorized share repurchase program, subject to the limit in the Amended Credit Facility. The Company retired the 675,561 shares repurchased under this program through March 31, 2019. The Company’s share repurchase program does not obligate it to acquire any specific number of shares and shares may be repurchased in privately negotiated and/or open market transactions.
