Related Party Transactions	19. Related Party Transactions Lease In December 2022, the Company entered into an operating lease for its 35,000 square foot manufacturing, warehouse, and office facility in Ontario, Canada, with a company co-owned by a member of management. The lease, which commenced January 1, 2023, has an initial term of one year with a base rent of approximately $27,000 per month and includes options to renew for up to four years. The rent expense recorded by the Company for the related party lease was $81,000 and $162,000 for the three and six months ended September 30, 2023.
