TREASURY STOCK TRANSACTIONS	NOTE D – TREASURY STOCK TRANSACTIONS During the six month period ended October 31, 2012, the Company made a contribution of 28,429 shares of its common stock held in treasury to the Company’s profit sharing plan and trust under section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Such contribution is in accordance with the Company’s discretionary match of employee voluntary contributions to this plan. During the same period, the Company issued 15,371 shares from treasury upon the exercise of stock options and SARS by certain employees.
