Treasury Stock [Text Block]	NOTE D – TREASURY STOCK TRANSACTIONS During the six month period ended October 31, 2013, the Company made a contribution of 22,291 shares of its common stock held in treasury to the Company’s profit sharing plan and trust under section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Such contributions are in accordance with the Company’s discretionary match of employee voluntary contributions to this plan.  During the same period, the Company issued 43,572 shares from treasury upon the exercise of stock options and SARs by certain officers and employees of the Company.
