SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS ​ The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to October 27, 2025, the date that the financial statements were issued. ​ On October 27, 2025, Peter Early resigned as the director of the Company. Charles Nearburg was appointed as a new director replacing Peter Early. ​
