Trade receivables consist primarily of balances related to the sales of boats which are shipped pursuant to “floor-plan financing” programs with qualified lenders. Other receivables consist primarily of rebate receivables from various suppliers.  Changes in the Company’s allowance for doubtful accounts are disclosed in Schedule II on page 63 of this report.
