SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 29, 2014, the Company announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.03 per share in addition to a special dividend of $0.04 per share both payable December 10, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business November 10, 2014.
