Decisions of Optomed's Extraordinary General Meeting
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Optomed Plc held on 6 September 2022 has
elected Mr. Mars Duan to the Board of Directors of the company. Mars Duan is
independent of the company and dependent of a major shareholder.
The Board of Directors of Optomed Plc currently consists of the following
persons: the Chairman Petri Salonen, Mars Duan, Seppo Mäkinen, Reijo Tauriainen
and Anna Tenstam.
