Optomed Annual Report 2024 published
Optomed's Annual Report 2024 has been published. The Annual Report includes the
company's consolidated and parent company financial statements, the report of
the board of directors, the auditor's report, corporate governance statement and
remuneration report for governing bodies.
Optomed's Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European
Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. KPMG Oy Ab, authorised
public accountants, has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance
report on Optomed's ESEF Financial Statements.
The Annual Report is attached to this release as a PDF file and it is available
in English and Finnish on the corporate website www.optomed.com/investors/. The
financial statements are attached as an XHTML file.
