It was founded in 1987 and has been listed on the NASDAQ since 2005. C&N’s principal subsidiary is Citizens & Northern Bank (“C&N Bank”). • Headquartered in Wellsboro, PA, C&N Bank has 29 full - service branches and 1 limited production office (LPO).
