Subsequent Events	10. Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were issued. On April 1, 2016, the Company entered into a limited liability company operating agreement with its joint venture parties and Innate Scientific LLC’s legal name, which became Immudyne PR LLC. The Company’s ownership and voting interest in Immudyne PR LLC increased to 78.16667%. The other two members entered into service agreements with the Company and each received 1 million shares of restricted common stock.
