Consulting agreement, description	On October 2, 2017, Robert Kalkstein was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Immudyne, Inc. The Company entered into a consulting agreement with Mr. Kalkstein, which provides, among other things, for a fee of $2,750 per month through December 2017, $5,000 per month between January 2018 and March 2018 and $7,500 per month between April 2018 and September 2018.
