Product Deposit	10. Product Deposit Many of our vendors require deposits when a purchase order is placed for goods. We recorded $36,992 as a product deposit with two vendors for the purchase of raw materials for products we sell online. Our vendor issues a credit memo when sending their final invoice, reducing the amount the Company owes for the deposit amount on file with the vendor.
