SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 14 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date these consolidated financial statements were issued and has identified the following: Stock Issued for Service In January 2024, the Company issued 737,125 shares of common stock related to vested RSUs and RSAs with a total fair value of $3.3 million. Stock Issued for Noncontingent Consideration Payment On January 16, 2024, the Company issued 95,821 shares of common stock related to the fifth of five quarterly installment payments due to the sellers of Cleared under the Cleared First Amendment.
