EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We maintain a 401(k) Plan for eligible employees. We make matching contributions equal to 100% of the employee’s elective deferral, not to exceed 4% of the employee’s gross salary. We contributed $0.3 million and $0.2 million for the three months ended February 28, 2025, and February 29, 2024, respectively, and $0.5 million and $0.4 million for the six months ended February 28, 2025, and February 29, 2024, respectively.
