NATURE OF OPERATIONS	The Company’s business is developing, marketing, and distributing wound and skin care products to physicians, hospitals, clinics and post-acute care settings. Our products are primarily sold in the North American advanced wound care and surgical tissue repair markets. Sanara MedTech products include CellerateRX® Activated Collagen® Adjuvant (CellerateRX); HYCOL™ Hydrolyzed Collagen (HYCOL); BIAKŌS™ Antimicrobial Skin & Wound Cleanser (BIAKŌS); and PULSAR II™ Advanced Wound Irrigation System (Pulsar II).
