Subsequent Events (Unaudited) In January 2015, the Company issued 14,636,363 shares of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share, in an underwritten public offering. The price to the public in the offering was $5.50 per share. The net proceeds from this offering were approximately $75.7 million, net of underwriting discounts and other issuance costs of $5.1 million.
