Income Taxes The Company recorded income tax expense of $0.1 million and $0.2 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020, primarily related to the operating profit of the Company’s Cerus Europe B.V. subsidiary. The Company recorded income tax expense of $0.1 million and $0.2 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019, primarily related to the operating profit of the Company’s Cerus Europe B.V. subsidiary.
