SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM	17. SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM In 1998, our share repurchase program was established. On several occasions since the program’s inception, our Board of Directors increased the number of shares authorized for repurchase under the program. In total, 8.5 million shares have been authorized for repurchase. This includes the additional 1.0 million shares that were authorized for repurchase on May 3, 2022. In 2022, we purchased 171,397 shares at a total cost of $4.2 million through our share repurchase program. In 2021, we purchased 125,204 shares at a total cost of $2.5 million through our share repurchase program. As of December 31, 2022, there were 1,039,179 authorized shares remaining under the program.
