Assets Held For Sale	Assets Held for Sale Assets held for sale of $1.5 million as of June 26, 2013 consist of restaurants to be sold to franchisees and real estate to be sold to a third party. There were no assets held for sale as of December 26, 2012. As a result of classifying certain assets as held for sale, we recognized impairment charges of $0.8 million for the quarter and two quarters ended June 26, 2013 and $0.1 million for the quarter and two quarters ended June 27, 2012. This expense is included as a component of operating (gains), losses and other charges, net in our Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income.
