Subsequent Event	12. Subsequent Event On July 7, 2011 the Company issued 16,892 shares of its common stock to each of two shareholders, and 8,446 shares of its common stock to a third shareholder as compensation for services performed as members of its Board of Directors from April 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011 (Note 9), for a total of 42,230 shares.
