Subsequent Event	12. Subsequent Event On October 13, 2011 the Company issued 22,322 shares of its common stock to each of two shareholders, and 11,161 shares of its common stock to a third shareholder as compensation for services performed as members of its Board of Directors from July 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011 (Note 8), for a total of 55,805 shares.
