Related Party Transactions NOTE 10 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

During the normal course of business, the Company enters into transactions with related parties, including directors and officers. As of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, there were no balances outstanding for related party loans and no additions or amounts repaid during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 or during the year ended December 31, 2024. Undisbursed commitments to related parties totaled $5,000 as of both September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively.

Deposits of certain officers, directors, and their associates totaled approximately $432,000 and $519,000 as of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively. Terms on such deposits and loan commitments were equivalent to those available to unrelated parties.
