The holding in a wind power specialist ensures the entry in the French market of
renewable energies
Plambeck Neue Energien AG (WKN 69 10 32) acquired a 80% holding in the French
corporation Ventura SA. The public limited company founded in March 2001 with
offices in Montpellier and Le Havre is specialized in the site acquisition as
well as in the project planning of wind farms. Two members of the Ventura-
Management Board have long experiences in the wind power branch so that the
company was able to secure several wind farm sites in France. The holding in
Ventura allows Plambeck Neue Energien AG to enter the French market fast without
establishing a subsidiary in France.
