Cuxhaven, June 23, 2015 - As the responsible Public Prosecutor's office in
Stade announced today, investigation proceedings will not be opened against
PNE WIND AG's attorney in the context of the company's Annual General
Meeting on June 16, 2015. This decision was made due to a lack of initial
suspicion. The serious accusations of betraying the party, election fraud
and suppression of documents thus proved to be fully unjustified. At the
same time, this means that no investigation proceedings will be opened
against any other individual who works for PNE WIND AG, whether it be a
member of the Board of Directors or the Supervisory Board. The evidence
that was confiscated was released again. "This decision by the Public
Prosecutor clearly shows that the criminal charges filed by Supervisory
Board member Mrs. Zielke and Mr. Thomas Knipp (Brunswick) were completely
unfounded and that PNE WIND AG was thus once again subjected to public
damage for no reason. As part of an earlier arbitration claim, PNE WIND AG
is claiming damages from the Volker Friedrichsen Beteiligungs-GmbH in the
amount of approx. Euro 6.2 million. We are also examining further legal
claims of Euro 17 million" explains Martin Billhardt, CEO of PNE WIND AG.
The Board of Directors of PNE WIND AG will issue an invitation to an
extraordinary Annual General Meeting taking the interests of our
shareholders and, particularly with respect to the company's continued
successful operational development. "We favor a solution that focuses on
