PNE WIND AG: Dividend proposal based on 2015 financial results
and guidance for 2016
Cuxhaven, 22/03/2016 - Due to the successful completion of fiscal 2015 and
following the recommendation of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board
of PNE WIND AG decided today to propose to the AGM on May 25, 2016 a
dividend amounting to euro 0.04 per share entitled to dividend.
The Supervisory Board also approved the Consolidated Financial Statements
as of December 31, 2015. The total performance amounted to euro 233.3
million (previous year: euro 233.9 million) with an operating profit (EBIT)
of euro 9.8 million (previous year: euro 2.7 million). Basic earnings per
share amounted to euro 0.05 (previous year: euro -0.22).
The Supervisory Board also approved the Financial Statements (HGB) of PNE
WIND AG. Net income totaled euro 10.3 million (previous year: euro 4.0
million) and the retained earnings amounted to euro 70.5 million as at
December 31, 2015.
For fiscal 2016, the Management Board expects an EBIT in the range of up to
euro 100 million. This result primarily depends on the placement of the
onshore projects bundled in the Wind Farm-Portfolio with a total nominal
capacity of up to 150 MW. Therefore the Group expects a cumulative EBIT for
the fiscal years 2014 to 2016 to be within the range of its previously
communicated guidance of euro 110 to 130 million.
PNE WIND AG will publish its 2015 Annual Report tomorrow on Wednesday,
March 23.
