Resignation is effective immediately. Harra-Vauhkonen has given her consent to act as a member of board for another company which according to Solteq partly competes with Solteq’s business. Company appreciates Harra-Vauhkonen’s significant contribution to the development of the company. After the resignation, Solteq Plc’s board of directors consist of four members.
