Wetteri Plc Stock Exchange Release 19 November 2024 at 9.00 am
On 28 June 2024, Wetteri announced it will execute a directed share issue as
part of the purchase price of Lahden Rekkapaja Oy and Kiinteistö Oy Lahden
Konekatu 3. After the share issue, the number of Wetteri's shares has increased
to a total of 159,972,562 shares from the previous 157,149,545 shares. The
company's share capital has not changed due to the share issue. The registered
capital is EUR 96,000. The new shares have been entered into the Trade Register
on 30 October 2024.
