Other Assets	Other Assets Investments in Mutual Water Companies The Company’s investments in various not-for-profit mutual water companies provide it with the right to receive a proportionate share of water from each of the not-for-profit mutual water companies that have been invested in and do not constitute voting shares and/or rights. In January 2023, the Company sold an investment in a mutual water company with a net book value of $1,320,000 as part of the Northern Properties sale described in Note 3 - Asset Sales and Disposals. Amounts included in other assets in the consolidated balance sheets as of April 30, 2024 and October 31, 2023 were $6,200,000 and $5,703,000, respectively.
