SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 3, 2014, TCI sold 1010 Common, a 512,593 square foot commercial building, located in New Orleans, LA, for a sales price of $16.6 million.  An estimated gain of $4.1 million will be recorded on the sale.
