ARL’s operations include the leasing of commercial properties (office buildings, industrial warehouses and retail centers). The leases, thereon, expire at various dates through 2029. The following is a schedule of minimum future rents due to ARL under non-cancelable operating leases as of December 31, 2018 (dollars in thousands):
