SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 14. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The date to which events occurring after June 30, 2019, the date of the most recent balance sheet, have been evaluated for possible adjustment to the Consolidated Financial Statements or disclosure is August 14, 2019, which is the date on which the Consolidated Financial Statements were available to be issued. On July 28, 2019 the Company issued Series C bonds in the amount of NIS 275 million in exchange for a par value (or approximately $78 million). The bonds are reported in NIS, and registered on the TASE, bear annual interest of 4.65%. One of the Company’s commercial building complex is pledged as collateral for this issuance. On August 9, 2019, approximately $42 million of the bond proceeds was used to pay off the commercial building mortgage.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
