Noncontrolling Interests	Noncontrolling InterestsThe noncontrolling interest represents the third party ownership interest in TCI and Income Opportunity Realty Investors, Inc. ("IOR"). We owned 78.4% of TCI, which in turn owned 81.1% of IOR during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022.
