Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The date to which events occurring after September 30, 2023, the date of the most recent balance sheet, have been evaluated for possible adjustment to the consolidated financial statements or disclosure is November 9, 2023, which is the date on which the consolidated financial statements were available to be issued.On November 6, 2023, we entered into a development agreement with Pillar to build a 216 unit multifamily property in McKinney, Texas that is expected to be completed in 2025 for a total cost of approximately $51.3 million. The cost of construction will be funded in part by a $25.4 million construction loan. The development agreement provides for a $1.6 million fee that will be paid to Pillar over the construction period.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
