Restricted Cash and Cash Equivalents	(3) Restricted Cash and Cash Equivalents: Restricted cash and cash equivalents include $4.19 million and $3.54 million at June 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, respectively, of cash primarily pertaining to oil and gas revenue payments. There were corresponding accounts payable recorded at June 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016 for these liabilities. Both the restricted cash and the accounts payable are classified as current on the accompanying condensed consolidated balance sheets.
