Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	Employee 401(k) Savings Plan We have an Employee 401(k) Savings Plan covering substantially all U.S. employees to which we make contributions equal to 3% of eligible compensation.  Our contributions to the Employee 401(k) Savings Plan were $1,326, $1,261 and $1,429 in fiscal 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
