Employee 401(k) Savings Plan	Employee 401(k) Savings Plan We have an employee 401(k) Savings Plan covering substantially all U.S. employees to which we make contributions equal to 3% of eligible compensation.  Our contributions to the employee 401(k) Savings Plan were $1.4 million, $1.3 million and $1.3 million in fiscal 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
