Restricted Assets	Restricted Assets Federal Reserve Board regulations require that the Bank maintain certain minimum reserve balances on hand or on deposit with the FRB, based on a percentage of transaction account deposits.  The amounts of the reserve requirement balances as of September 30, 2014 and 2013 were $1,008,000 and $840,000, respectively.
