Restricted Assets	Restricted Assets Federal Reserve Board regulations require that the Bank maintain certain minimum reserve balances on hand or on deposit with the FRB, based on a percentage of transaction account deposits.  The amounts of the reserve requirement balances as of September 30, 2016 and 2015 were $1,542,000 and $1,026,000, respectively.
