Restricted Assets	Restricted Assets Federal Reserve regulations require that the Bank maintain certain minimum reserve balances on hand or on deposit with the FRB, based on a percentage of transaction account deposits.  The amounts of the reserve requirement balances as of September 30, 2017 and 2016 were $1,658,000 and $1,542,000, respectively.
