Restricted Assets	Note 2 - Restricted Assets Federal Reserve regulations require the Bank to maintain certain minimum reserve balances on hand or on deposit with the FRB, based on a percentage of transaction account deposits. The Federal Reserve reduced the reserve requirement ratio to zero percent, effective March 26, 2020 and has not announced any plans to reinstate it; however, it retains the discretion to adjust reserve requirement ratios at any time.
