Impairment of Assets During the year ended September 30, 2017, we recorded aggregate impairment charges of $7.6 million comprised of $4.7 million for the goodwill of four club locations, including one that we have put up for sale during the fiscal year, $385,000 for property and equipment of one club, $1.4 million for SOB license of two club locations, and $1.2 million of investment impairment. During the year ended September 30, 2018, we recorded aggregate impairment charges of $5.6 million comprised of $1.6 million for long-lived assets of one club and one Bombshells, $834,000 for goodwill impairment of two clubs, and $3.1 million for SOB licenses of three clubs. During the year ended September 30, 2019, we recorded aggregate impairment charges of $6.0 million comprised of $1.6 million for the goodwill of four club locations, $4.2 million for property and equipment of two clubs, and $178,000 for SOB license of one club.
